So Wes took Gavin out this afternoon to pick up an ice cream cake. (Mom and Dad were coming over this evening as it is Mom's birthday today). Wes told me when he got home from their trip that he had a hard time getting Gavin into the car at the Dairy Queen. Apparently Gavin announced that this was his home, that they were his friends and they liked him.
Well, really maybe the Dairy Queen really is his true home - deep down in the ice creamy part of his soul.
It is hard to argue with logic like that!

Oh, oh, oh. Josslyn and Gavin are soul mates!!! We call Dairy Queen her "Mother Ship". I get such a kick out of the affermations from your blog. Your kids are as cute and crazy as mine! Your humor cracks me up.
Tell Betty to have a (belated)Happy Birthday from her cousin Ian. By the way, her birthday is on the same day as another famous Canadian, Imogen Grace Wallace who was just born on that day!
